Some believe that the cooperative give and take during practice means that aikido is not a truly dangerous martial art. I would tell you that is absolutely not the case.

To Be Tested

Testing for rank is an important part of aikido traini ng, but discussions about testing often produce more questions than answers…and even more opinions. Likewise, as my understanding of aikido evolves I can’t honestly say I have all the answers, but yes…I do have opinions.
