Don't Call Him Moderate

Many folks seem to be shocked…shocked to find out…that Joe Biden will employ Robert Francis O’Rourke as his gun control attack dog. Why shocked? Was anyone operating under the assumption that Biden was some sort of moderate when it came to gun issues? They wouldn’t be if they had read his platform on the subject.

“I’m shocked! Shocked to find out that Joe supports radical gun control!”

I mean, who knew that good ol’ Shotgun Joe advocated extreme gun control positions like:

• Banning the most common rifle in America

• Banning standard-capacity magazines (even hinting that three rounds might be enough)

• Placing the most commonly owned rifles in America under NFA regulation

• Restricting gun purchases to one per month

• Requiring background checks for private transfers of firearms

• Creating several new categories of federally prohibited persons

• Prohibiting ALL online sales of firearms, ammunition, kits, and even gun parts

• Paying states to enact red flag laws

Whew…I give up. There’s more, lots more on his website. All you have to do is go read it for yourself and you’ll see that Old Joe Whatshisname Whereami Whatdayisthis doesn’t need Robert Francis to drop some hardcore gun control. He’s no moderate on the subject, so don’t call him one.
